Al saludarle con el Cariño, Respeto y Reconocimiento de nuestro Pueblo y Gobierno, reiteramos a Usted, al frente de la Duma Estatal, todo el respaldo que siempre hemos mantenido y mantenemos, a las causas imprescindibles de la Justicia, la Verdad, la Paz, la Libertad y la Complementariedad.
