Querido Hermano,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, expresamos nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones al Hermano Pueblo congoleño, a Usted y a su Gobierno, al conmemorarse el próximo 30 de Junio el 66º Aniversario de la Independencia de la República Democrática del Congo.
En esta fecha de profundo significado histórico, rendimos Homenaje al Valor, la Resistencia y la Dignidad del Pueblo congoleño, que con firmeza ha sabido preservar su Identidad Nacional, defender su Soberanía y afirmar su Derecho inalienable a construir su propio Destino, en Paz, Libertad y Autodeterminación.
Desde Nicaragua, Tierra de Darío y Sandino, saludamos esta importante Conmemoración como expresión de la Fuerza de los Pueblos Africanos, que continúan avanzando con Esperanza, Unidad y Determinación en la defensa de su Independencia, sus Recursos, su Cultura y su Derecho al Desarrollo.

Dear Brother,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we express our most sincere congratulations to the brotherly Congolese people, to you and to your Government, on the commemoration of the 66th Anniversary of the Independence of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on 30 June.
On this date of profound historical significance, we pay tribute to the courage, resilience and dignity of the Congolese people, who have been able to firmly preserve their national identity, defend their sovereignty and affirm their inalienable right to build their own destiny, in peace, freedom and self-determination.
From Nicaragua, Land of Darío and Sandino, we salute this important commemoration as an expression of the strength of the African people, who continue to advance with hope, unity and determination in the defense of their independence, their resources, their culture and their right to development.
