Nota de Prensa de nuestro Gobierno sobre Presentación de la respuesta de Nicaragua a las Objeciones Preliminares interpuestas por Alemania ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia, en relación al incumplimiento de ciertas obligaciones internacionales con respecto al Territorio Palestino Ocupado.
NOTA DE PRENSA
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional informa al pueblo de Nicaragua y a la comunidad internacional que hoy presentó su respuesta escrita a las objeciones preliminares de jurisdicción y admisibilidad interpuestas por la República Federal de Alemania en el caso radicado ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia en relación al incumplimiento de ciertas obligaciones internacionales con respecto al Territorio Palestino Ocupado (Alleged Breaches of Certain International Obligations in respect of the Occupied Palestinian Territory).
Los alegatos escritos de Nicaragua en relación a las objeciones preliminares y de admisibilidad fueron presentados en tiempo y forma según lo requerido por la Corte en su ordenanza procedimental.
Nicaragua desea agradecer una vez más el apoyo de todas las y los colaboradores que trabajaron para la presentación de este escrito, el cual ha sido presentado en cumplimiento de las obligaciones internacionales de Nicaragua de tomar todas las medidas necesarias para detener las violaciones a las normas más fundamentales del derecho internacional en contra del Pueblo Palestino.
El Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional reafirma su firme compromiso con el Estado de Derecho a Nivel Internacional y la solución pacífica de las controversias entre Estados.

The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity informs the people of Nicaragua and the international community that today it submitted its written statement to the preliminary objections of jurisdiction and admissibility raised by the Federal Republic of Germany in the case before the International Court of Justice concerning Alleged Breaches of Certain International Obligations in respect of the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
Nicaragua’s written statement regarding the preliminary objections and admissibility were submitted in a timely manner as required by the Court in its procedural order.
Nicaragua wishes to once again thank all those who worked on the preparation of this written statement, which has been submitted in compliance with Nicaragua’s international obligations to take all necessary measures to stop violations of the most fundamental norms of international law against the Palestinian people.
The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity reaffirms its firm commitment to the rule of law at the international level and the peaceful settlement of disputes between States.
